360 Evaluations

Overview

The Evaluations page is where you can conduct and manage employee evaluations. This page allows you to perform individual evaluations and, depending on your role, initiate 360 evaluations.

For some roles, access to 360 Evaluations is available. This type of evaluation involves feedback from peers, subordinates, and supervisors. It is a supplement to the annual evaluation that the system automatically conducts.

  • To initiate a 360 evaluation, navigate to the 360 Evaluations section.
  • Initiate the evaluation process, which will be sent to the relevant peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
  • The collected feedback will be processed and included in the employee’s overall evaluation record.

Processing of Evaluations

Once evaluations are completed and submitted, they are sent to the payroll department for further processing. This can include actions such as an increase in wage proposals based on the evaluation results.

By utilizing the Evaluations page, you can ensure that employee performance is thoroughly assessed and documented, contributing to fair and informed decisions regarding their development and compensation.
