Facility Settings Tutorial

Overview

The Facility Settings page is where you manage specific settings related to your facility within the app. Currently, you have the ability to configure the roles associated with:

  • Census Data Entry
  • Labor Hours Data Entry

Changing Roles

To change the role associated with either Census data entry or Labor Hours data entry:

  • Navigate to the Facility Settings page.
  • Select the appropriate role from the dropdown menu for Census Data Entry or Labor Hours Data Entry.
  • Ensure that you assign the correct role to maintain proper data entry access and management.

Saving Your Changes

After making changes to the roles, remember to click the button to save your settings. This will ensure that the new role configurations are applied throughout the app.

By correctly managing the Facility Settings, you help ensure that your facility’s data entry is handled by the appropriate staff members, maintaining accuracy and security within the system.
