Overview
The My Wages page is where wage proposals for the currently logged-in user are displayed. On this page, you can track the progress of your wage proposals that have been submitted by the Payroll Clerk.
Wage Proposal Statuses
Wage proposals can have the following statuses:
- Pending: The proposal is yet to be actioned by any level.
- In Progress: The proposal has been actioned by some levels but is not yet fully approved.
- Approved: The proposal has been approved at all levels.
- Denied: The proposal has been denied at a certain level in the approval process.
- Counter Proposal: The proposal is under a counter proposal, requiring further action.
Counter Proposal Actions
If a wage proposal is in the Counter Proposal status, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain instructions and a link where you can review the proposal and take the necessary actions to respond to the counter proposal.
