Wages Page

Overview

The Wages Page is where you can manage the wage details of your employees. All employees in your facility are listed on this page, allowing you to easily add, view, and edit wage information. This page is only available for select roles.

Adding Wage Details

To add wage details for an employee:

  • Find the employee in the list.
  • Click the button on the right-hand side of the employee’s row.
  • Enter the relevant wage information in the form that appears.
  • Submit the form to save the wage details for that employee.

Viewing and Editing Wage Details

To view and edit an employee’s wage details:

  • Click the button on the right-hand side of the employee’s row.
  • You will be able to see all wage records associated with that employee.
  • To edit a specific wage record, select the record and make the necessary changes.
  • Save the changes to update the wage information.

Automated Annual Evaluations

The wage details entered on this page are used by the system to automatically send out annual evaluations based on each employee’s hire date. This ensures timely and accurate wage reviews and adjustments.

By managing wage details effectively on this page, you help maintain accurate compensation records and ensure that your employees receive timely evaluations.
